Market Update: Slow Sales, Cautious Buyers & the Investment Property Pullback

with No Comments

The Vancouver real estate market continues to feel slow, with cautious buyers, hesitant sellers, and very little appetite for investment properties. This episode also looks at some of the more recent political decisions and what it could mean for housing, development, and confidence across the Lower Mainland.

James and Denny share their on-the-ground take on a slow Vancouver real estate market, where buyers are hesitant, sellers are frustrated, and investment properties are getting harder to justify. They also dig into the Richmond Cowichan decision and how it may affect confidence, development, and the conversations they’re having with clients right now.

This episode will focus on current housing statistics and news, showing what’s really going on in New West, Tri-Cities, East Van, North Van, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Surrey and Downtown Vancouver.
